Home Decor Hull Limited is a UK company - any orders placed with WALLPAPERS AMERICA will come from the UK via UPS.

Returns Policy

To initiate a refund, please email us at info@wallpapersamerica.com

All returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods with the corresponding receipt, unwanted goods should be returned to our business address in the original packaging, unopened, undamaged and in the same condition of which it was purchased. The customer is liable for any return shipping costs - please note we are a UK based company.

Faulty items must be retuned within 30 days of purchase with the original labelling and a sample of the fault to be eligible for refund. The fault will be investigated and you will be contacted.

Return handling/shipping costs will not be covered in the case of a refund and any returns will be subject to a $40 restocking fee.

We reserve the right to refuse any return.
